Locally Sourced Ingredients
Malabar offers contemporary Indian cuisine - light, vibrant, and layered with complexity. From signature dishes like Palak Chaat, Butter Chicken , lamb shank, to coastal cuisine like seafood Moilee (Boulibaisse), Goan shrimp pepper masala, fish Peri Peri, Malabari biryanis, and Malabari chicken curry (Cori Gassi).
